Ingredients
-1mug of flour
-3 small eggs/2 large eggs
Instructions
-form a dough using those 2 and let it rest for at least 30 minutes (you can make the sauce/ስጎ during this time)
-after the dough is rested, section it into small balls so it’s easier to flatten the dough
-flatten until it’s very thin
-dust it heavily and then fold it before cutting it (dusting is very crucial)
-lastly put in a boiling water that is salted like the ocean and keep it in the water for 1 minute
- after taking it out put your desired sauce (our bolognese sauce will be posted soon) on and enjoy
